What is Atlas?

Atlas (NDORS) is a web-based,online administration system designed, built, hosted and delivered by Professional Driver Services Limited.

What does Atlas do?

The system has been designed to be an administration tool for primary use by an NDORS course supplier to administer the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS).

Who uses Atlas?

Atlas is used by:

  • Offenders booking courses either online or by telephone
  • Trainers to book their availability for NDORS 
  • NDORS Course providers to interrogate bookings, reports and trainer availability

How can I access Atlas?

Administrators can access Atlas via https://www.pds-dis.co.uk/admin/aspx/login.aspx but will need a Username and Password to gain access.

Offenders can access the PDS course booking page and book on courses by going to https://www.pds-dis.co.uk/ and entering their driver licence number. There’s even a help button on the welcome page to help offenders locate the number on their licence. From the ‘front end’ clients have the facility to choose and book a course at a time that is convenient to them, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Trainers can access Atlas as per the administrators’ route.

Atlas is a robust software programme that has been tested over thousands of hours and with a variety of clients. It consistently exceeds its connectivity target of 99.75% giving customers the security that is required for 24/7 access. Atlas is a scaleable platform that allows clients to grow their business as and when they require.

How is the client voice heard?

Apart from a dedicated Business Relationship Manager and a Helpdesk team, PDS encourages enhancements to Atlas via the Atlas User Group. Here clients are updated with the latest system refinements, can share best practice and suggest user improvements.
